Villa Parichart is just 5 to 10 minutes north of Koh Samui International Airport (USM). We can arrange one SUV or minibus to pick up your party on arrival at no charge. Additional vehicles on arrival or vehicles on departure can be arranged at a modest charge. You can use ride-hailing apps like GRAB or InDrive at any time. There is a carpark for InDrive drivers opposite our development, so they usually arrive in minutes. For longer stays, you can rent a car at the airport from the major companies. Bring an International Driving Licence and take out insurance. From Nathon Ferry Pier, we recommend using ride-hailing services. Uber does not operate in South East Asia but Grab is equivalent.

Our team ensures the Villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. If you need more frequent cleaning, just let us know!

There are many cheap and cheerful Thai restaurants at nearby Cheong Mon Village (2 to 3 minutes' drive or 10 minutes' walk). The wonderful Fisherman's Village is a 10-15 minute drive away with many Thai and international restaurants and other street food options. For something different, trying making your own group meal from organic food grown on site at Island Organics https://islandorganicssamui.com/ GRAB offers food delivery from many local restaurants. For those self-catering, lovely fresh fish and seafood is available at nearby Bangrak Market.

Our Villa can accommodate 16 guests, or up to 18 with added beds. It features three bedrooms on the top floor with king-sized beds. The fourth main bedroom on the middle floor has twin single beds. Also on the middle floor is the Bunk Room, which has two double / queen beds and two upper bunks, sleeping six — perfect for families with young kids or for a group of teenagers. The ground floor Apartment is part of the Villa but has its own private front door. It has one en-suite bedroom with a king-sized bed, sleeping two. There are two pull-out camp beds in the Apartment living room for extra guests. The Apartment is not recommended for young children on their own due to the separate access. The Apartment may or may not be included in your booking - contact us if you need it.If you need a hotel-style extra bed, contact Bayview Management who frequently deal with this issue at an extra charge.

Villa Parichart has one of the best locations in eastern Koh Samui's premier residential area, Plaelem, between Bangrak Beach and Choeng Mon Beach. We are next door neighbours to the Ritz Carlton. Only 8 minutes by car from Chaweng Beach and the Airport, and about 8 minutes to Bangrak and 12-15 minutes to Fisherman's Village. All this yet west-facing for amazing sunsets!
