The Villa is only 5 to 10 minutes' drive north of Koh Samui International Airport (USM).

You can ask us to arrange an SUV or minibus to collect your party, or use ride hailing operators GRAB, InDrive or other apps.

From Nathon Ferry Pier, we recommend that you use ride hailing.

(Uber sold its operations in South East Asia to GRAB some years ago and no longer operates.)

The team will clean the Villa is before and after your stay. Please contact us for more frequent cleaning.

There are many cheap and cheerful Thai restaurants at nearby Cheong Mon Village (2 to 3 minutes' drive or 10 minutes' walk).

The wonderful Fisherman's Village is a 10-15 minute drive away with many Thai and international restaurants and other street food options.

GRAB offers food delivery from many local restaurants.

For those self-catering, lovely fresh fish and seafood is available at nearby Bangrak Market.

The Villa sleeps 16-18 people.

The Villa has three bedrooms on the top floor with king-sized beds. The fourth main bedroom is on the middle floor and has twin single beds. Also on the middle floor is the Bunk Room which has two double / queen beds and two upper bunks, sleeping six. Ideal for parents with young kids, or teenagers.

On the ground floor, the Apartment has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, sleeping two.

There are two pull-out beds available in the Apartment, allowing two extra guests to sleep in the Apartment living room.

Villa Parichart has a fantastic location in Koh Samui's premier residential area, Plaelem, between Bangrak Beach and Choeng Mon Beach. We are next door neighbours to the Ritz Carlton. Only 10 minutes by car from Chaweng Beach and the Airport, yet west facing for amazing sunsets.

Yes, there is a private lift with access from the road level to all floors.
